Impeccably curated renovation of this 1959 build situated in Costa Mesa, California. This home was nearly taken down to the studs as we thoughtfully paired the Owner's deep love of a Scandinavian-modern aesthetic with highly custom design features. An emphasis was placed on a minimalist color palette,  warm and inviting natural elements, enhanced lighting throughout, and storage solutions for increased efficiency in their everyday lives. The final result was a space that feels both incredibly functional and uniquely beautiful.
